I Promise NOT to Annoy You!

I took the plunge and went for something. I signed up to be a Beachbody Coach. Please, before you click the 'x' at the top right of the screen to move from my blog, just hear me out.

Why did I do this?
1. I want to try this Shakeology stuff out for myself.
2. And if this stuff works, I want to be able to share my candid results and give the opportunity to others to get it.
3. I LOVE food.I need to work on some personal things to make sure I don't lose myself.

I just turned 31 (congratulations to me...right?). I can't drink a six pack of Corona and eat half a pizza anymore. It's not about being older its about my body changing. Simple. My body is not the same anymore. I have a daughter who is nearly 6 going on 13. See why I need that Corona and pizza?!

I work a "9-5" desk job...I sit at a desk and type on a computer. I have to use my mind - a lot! But I don't really have physical activity at the office. So I turned my workout sessions into a part time gig at my local gym. I LOVE teaching classes. I currently teach two fitness formats - R.I.P.P.E.D. and INSANITY. Very different formats but both completely amazing.

I will keep you updated on the new gig with Beachbody. I promise to not fill this blog with silly hopes and dreams about Shakeology. If I become a product pusher I hope someone says something! Until then, have a wonderful new year and put your health and fitness first!

This Wonderful Life

It has been too long since I've taken any time to write. I have no excuse other than its not been a priority for me. I recently read a blog post by a co-worker's mother. She is suffering from cancer and recently has stopped all treatment. I can't even begin to describe this woman's strength and courage as she faces her own death. Her love for God's comfort and peace is amazing. Reading her last final posts have certainly touched my life. The power of blogging. Truly inspiring. Click here to read her blog. Take a moment to assess your situation in life. Smile and be thankful. I want to live my life with certainty and fullness as this amazing woman has. Bless her and her family.
